Sting Instagram – #Repost @trudiestyler ・・・ In honor of #InfiniteStorm releasing in theatres today, this week’s #FemaleFilmmakerFriday is dedicated to the film’s brilliant director Malgorzata Szumowka and Naomi Watts, star of the film, who also produced alongside Celine and me. Growing up in Poland, Malgorzata graduated from the National Film School in Łódź where she made short films and developed a passion for screenwriting. She then entered the directorial space creating Polish dramas such as Szczęśliwy człowiek, Ono, Ojciec, and 33 sceny z życia. Actress Naomi Watts made her film debut with For Love Alone before starring in notable blockbusters such as 21 Grams, The Impossible, and Birdman. Her work has received critical acclaim, earning her a Screen Actors Guild Award, Critics’ Choice Award, and others. Malgorzata and Naomi now join forces to bring #InfiniteStorm to life, where an experienced hiker gets caught in a blizzard and attempts to save a stranger before nightfall.
