With the money raised last Thursday we will be able to fund vital projects like these (and more):
– A partnership with the American College of Emergency Physicians aimed at deriving a RITTER SCORE. This life-saving diagnostic tool will improve correct, fast, and effective aortic dissection diagnosis in the ER.
– A partnership with Mended Hearts, Inc providing trained volunteers with the effective and clear resources needed to help families, post-dissection surgery, through peer-to-peer support.
– Translating the “Ritter Rules” aortic dissection risk reminders into multiple languages to empower people worldwide with the accurate and up-to-date information they need.
– Funding ongoing cutting edge genetic research with The John Ritter Research Program in Aortic and Vascular Diseases.
