Ash London Instagram – Getting my body moving again after Buddy’s birth has been slow and steady. A time of showing my body love and patience. But I feel like I’m finally getting my groove back. Once again my @modibodi fam have come up with the goods to support me on my journey from woman to pregnant woman to mama. Introducing their active LEGGINGS! Perfect for yoga at home amongst the toys, late night walks and my eventual return to the gym (no more period-at-the-gym-induced-stress!!!!) In many ways my body feels stronger than ever, despite some weak spots. Thankyou @modibodi for once again helping me to feel supported, safe and free to get on with life. Bring it on x
