Think of him when you see those images at the airport. As the media pulls away and political spin and finger pointing start. While you scramble to protect a political party, focus on the human cost of this ongoing proxy war. Understand what I mean when I say proxy wars. Think of this sweetness and all the kids like him whose innocence will be taken. Their lives will be the ones ruined. Don’t turn away. If you feel unsure of where to stand on it, then stand for the hearts and lives of the refugees left behind, fleeing w/ zero on their back that will need to find new homes in new lands. When you want to play politics, remember children will suffer the most here, protect them 💔.
