Celina Jaitly Instagram – My expression after 4 hours in a airline lounge, actually let’s call it a “kitchen closet” with “scolding hostel matrons” for hostesses in Chicago, sighing deeply as I remember with an aching heart the hospitality in the sprawling, hi tech, state of the art, supreme service airline lounges in India, Dubai and Singapore and even Austria. While I love United States of America I must say that the service industry has taken a plunge for the worse, unfortunately in a massive way in the states. The word “service” no longer applies to the service industry there, now it’s just “industry”.
