Diane Mizota Instagram – Sunshine. That’s how it feels to hang out with authentic, powerful, smart women, like my friend @whoorl. We met years ago, at a clothing swap and aside from ONLY wanting the clothes that she brought, I girl crushed on her instantly. In this crazy social media world where people aren’t always what they seem, Sarah is the real deal- a fierce warrior and champion of others, (who also happens to be a #greenbeauty guru) she is truly influential, but more importantly, kind, supportive, fun and deliciously weird in the very best way. I was thrilled we got to catch up on the #pathwaytoZen retreat recently hosted by @visitlaguna and although we had an unforgettable meal at @Harleylagunabeach, stayed at the beautiful and chic @theranchLB, and had many fun experiences that I’ll be sharing more of, it was this moment, hiking at the top of the world as the sun got low that makes me smile most. Real friends, really walking, catching up, laughing and enjoying the gorgeous nature of Laguna surrounding us. She didn’t even mind that I was obsessed with singing the theme song from the MTV show. 😆 Who’s joining us for the next girls’ trip?
