Heather Headley Instagram – Less than two weeks ago, I entered a rehearsal room with some of the best performers of the theater. Our task was this: learn, memorize, stage, costume, and then, with attending audiences, PERFORM well (the audacity …) Sondheim’s Into The Woods 10 (TEN!!) days later. Quite the task! Quite the ask! But last night, that amazing group of people did just that!! The audacity 😉! Iron sharpens iron. And I’m so blessed to be around such formidable metal! It hasn’t been easy. The days have been long. Even longer because I’m not near my family, but I’m so happy that I have this opportunity, this privilege to share these moments in the woods with THIS cast, and with the city of New York.
