I was struggling with accepting myself for yeeeaaaars. No matter how successful in my modeling career I was and/or which cover I would appear, it was still not enough for me.
I always thought I shall have done it better, was comparing myself to others and their success and felt frustrated and not really accomplished most of the time.

For many of my friends or my sister and family I was a star but even if they were proud of me, I simply couldn’t.

Then I started to work on myself every-single-day through meditation 🧘🏼‍♀️ & yoga practice & positive affirmations, shadow work ect and I realized that if I DON’T ACCEPT AND HONOUR WHO I AM, I COULD NEVER GET THAT FEELING FROM ANY OF THESE THINGS & PEOPLE.

What it is you really want to create in this life?
What are your biggest talents and goals?
When do you feel most happy?
What are your values you care the most about?

Finding the real answers to these questions can really help you to create happy and healthy life.
