DAY 1 EVENTS

EVENT 1 – 80KG Farmers Walk –
Trained like a mofo with a turn and got quick with it but the turn was dropped due to limited space so it was a quick dash there and back. 1st place.

EVENT 2 – 40KG MONSTER DB –
I went into this comp knowing this would be my weakest event, I had pretty significant right shoulder instability with some tears and worked hard with @pbphysio
@scotty_bossman & @corey_hogan_aes doing daily physio to get it as stable as I could. 3rd Place.

EVENT 3 – 60kg Sandbag, 80kg Keg, 97kg Natural stone loading Medley –
After coming 3rd in the previous event I knew I had to be super quick with this one. Messed around with the stone load a little longer than needed which left me in 2nd place by a few seconds.

Did myself a mischief and sprained my medial ligament in my right knee only 6 days out so that caused abit of mental block leading into comp, but it remained stable just painful during day 1.
