It need not necessarily mean you need to spend hours at the gym and only eat broccoli.
It’s a process take it slow, set short term goals, maintain a healthy body weight and most importantly learn to love your body the way it is.
And only when you learn to appreciate your body you will learn to treat it well.
The moment a physical activity or a diet plan is being forced upon us we tend to loose interest so change your routine to your liking, start enjoying this journey.
Don’t loose hope if you don’t see results immediately, remember it’s a process…just trust it.
Learn to forgive yourself if you want to take a break from it all, don’t neglect your mental health in the midst of all this.
PS: you don’t need a size zero waist and a thigh gap to talk about healthy living, start sharing your progresses.
