You know, there’s a saying. ‘You, as much as anybody else in the universe, deserve your love and affection.’ I feel this is so true. It all starts with the way you feel about yourself. And so, I try to give myself the same love I give to others. I accept myself, totally, unconditionally. I choose to be kind to myself. To keep believing in myself.
