You are beautiful in your own way. It doesn’t matter if you are fat or thin or black or white or anyway different, you are unique in your own way. Love yourself and courage up yourself in telling that truth to anyone who’s trying to indulge in your life or the way you live it. Be healthy, rather than just a beauty in appearance. If there’s anyone in viewers, who’s good at body shaming others, understand the fact that you are the one that’s ugly and not the one who you are judging based on the appearance. Always be a part of people’s personal growth and not in ruining the peace or happiness of others. Understand you have the right to make people understand about good health and vice versa.
