Brian Quinn Instagram – I was lucky and honored to have a small part in @startrek Picard. The script didn’t ask for Dale to shoot Picard some crazy eyes, but I felt the tension called for it. @sirpatstew later pulled me aside and told me it was the most intense acting he had ever seen. I gave him some pointers. Not true. But what is true is that he was one of the purely nicest people I have met in a long time. And @itoaghayere was so accepting and supportive of this Staten Island guy blundering into her fairly serious scene. I stepped on both their lines more than once and they never got annoyed. Also must be said that @lea_thompson directed the episode and handled my Back To The Future fanboy/crush moments with patience and kindness. Can’t believe I got to do something like this. People don’t often look to the Impractical Jokers for acting cameos and stuff like that, so it was a rare treat. My boy @terrymatalas made this happen and I am eternally grateful. This is also the third time Terry has cast me as this same character. Dale (and his tie) have appeared in 12 Monkeys, MacGyver and now Picard. I also shot something as Dale for an upcoming episode of IJ. So The DaleVerse will soon be across 4 shows over 4 networks. No end in sight for the DaleVerse!
