I absolutely adore these girls ♥️ Touring the UK for the past few months has been an absolute dream. Going through Drag Race can feel like a lonely world at times, but the family you make is everything, and the energy that these girls have is so inspiring. Seeing them take over the world fills me with pride and joy. Surround yourself with people who give nothing but love ♥️ Now let’s smash the rest of these shows mama the house down! ❤️🔥

Mental Health. A phrase that holds so much weight, for every single person on the planet. It’s been something that I’ve been very aware of for the majority of my life, and it’s something that we should all continue to be aware and raise awareness for. I became a Mental Health Nurse in 2015 for a lot of reasons, the main being that I just wanted to help those who needed it. It’s extremely difficult for one person to change a system, and a societal view, but the positive collaborative work between people really does have the power to change the world, raise awareness, shed light, and that is what campaigns like this can continue to do. I can talk for hours about the importance of understanding our own Mental Health because it truly is a passion, and one of the biggest things I’ve ever learned about my own, is the importance of grounding, acknowledgment, reflection, and in essence, Taking A Moment. The Take A Moment campaign @takeamoment.uk is taking over London’s West End to continue raising awareness about the importance of taking time for ourselves and for our mental health. The exhibition is shining on Piccadilly Lights over the next month and you could be there too, by uploading your ‘Take A Moment’ selfie to your socials and tagging @PiccadillyLights with #TakeAMoment2022. We all need to Take A Moment, so let’s Take a Moment together. Thanks to @rayburmiston for helping highlight this, and fronting the project.
