Ed Stafford Instagram – Day 1 isolation in Taiwan starts today. Challenge of the day is 5 chin-ups and 14 press ups every ten mins for 12 hours. Should total 360 chins and 1,008 press-ups by 8:30pm 🤣. Not even sure if it’s going to be hard. First hour almost too easy but incremental fatigue may set in in a few hours…!
