John Early Instagram – LA PARTY PEOPLE GET INTO @hugoforcd13 !!! Here’s what he’s going to do for LA in his first term:
-Convert empty/underutilized retail spaces, hotels, office and apartment buildings into homeless housing with mental health, addiction, and job-placement services.
-Create 10,000 union climate jobs by 2026.
-Reprioritize our city budget to spend more on social programs and unarmed responders that prevent crime, save lives, and cost less money.
-Build housing that essential workers can afford, create more renter protections, and stop the flow of tenants into homelessness.
MEANWHILE homelessness in LA has risen 73% since incumbent Mitch O’Farrell has been in office. O’Farrell was the deciding vote against landmark COVID eviction protections, fought against raising the minimum wage, and 40% of his donations come from big real estate developers.
