Nathan Fillion Instagram – This is my mom, God rest her soul (not dead). She’s an excellent cook, a fantastic public speaker, and though she says she doesn’t like animals they are still drawn to her like bees to honey. She goes by many names, I assume to help avoid the authorities, but most people know her as Cookie (short for Cookie Birthday Cake). She was my first experience with celebrity, because people still constantly stop her to say how she changed their lives as their teacher. She’s been my teacher, too. The lessons she’s taught me have carried me on to many, many successes. If anyone ever accuses me of being an excellent human, I can invariably trace it back to how she has taught me to behave. Mom, have the happiest of birthdays today, and know- I AM being haive!
