Anousha Instagram – I have learned that whenever I experience something profound in the outer world it is because I am connected authentically to my inner world: my heart, my true self and my inner guidance. I have learned that I am the accumulation of habits, beliefs and actions in daily life.  If I see great qualities in others it is because they have practiced. When I bring these two lessons together it makes the path of life joyful for me – no matter the ups and downs. I can lead, learn and love while surrendering ~ And now I share what I’ve learned with anyone I can on the path of life. I joined the “She Grows” Women’s Circle leadership training 5 months ago and it gave me the courage to finally do something I’ve dreamt for so long… Create retreats of my own and connect spiritually in person – not just online. For the past 7 years my mission has been to empower others – especially women. With what I witnessed and experienced in “She Grows” I connected to my true self and inner guidance and took action without hesitating ~ I realized all I need is to just do it AND this video is the result of it. 70 people joined me in our limited capacity studio. I am beyond grateful and a wonderful journey has been started.
