Brooke Williams Instagram – So, I enrolled in the @hot8yoga Hot Power Fusion teacher training with the sole purpose of deepening my practice. And then it became so much more 🥲. 200 hours of sweat, tears, shared joys, shared struggles, and deep connection and friendship. After 200 hours I’m only just starting to understand how powerful yoga really is. Thank you @hot8yoga for holding space for us. It was truly a once in a lifetime experience.
