Full disclosure: when I first read this article heading I decided I simply couldn’t bear to read any further. It’s too heinous for my fragile heart. And then I (once again) realized the supreme white privilege of that decision. The white fragility that I carry that I am learning about. So I read. I cried. I got angry.
