Berry Crumble Pt.1
7 cups mixed berries
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
For The Crumble
1/2 cup unsalted melted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2/3 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup old fashioned oats
¼ teaspoon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease pan.
Place the berries, sugar, lemon juice, and flour in the prepared pan and use a large spoon to stir everything together.
Set aside.
In a bowl combine the oats, flour, sugars, and salt. Stir everything together. Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until the mixture forms.
Coat the berries with the crumble topping.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the berries began to bubble up and the topping has turned golden brown.
Allow to cool before eating.
