Holland Roden Instagram – Let’s pretend I’m a scientist… well ok let’s be honest I’m just a mouth piece for a second on a very interesting company that I am honored to tell you about. Thé hollywood work events ebb and flow – but this is a topic that I was so eager to learn more about- and this is the company on the forefront of this fight for more sustainable food- specifically cellular agriculture and psilocybin peaked my interest. @thegoodfoodinstitute and @sosvvc are working with an incredible group of companies that specialize in cellular agriculture. A VC firm focused on beating the implications of climate change where it counts the most- in the amount of land and water it takes to feed livestock- among their other companies that take on the dairy industry as well. Their work with psilocybin is also interesting ever since I read @brian_muraresku The Immortality Key and @howtochangeyourmind – the topic fascinates me. #thefutureoffood #cellularagriculture The food was absolutely delicious coming from a meat and dairy consumer such as myself.
