Michelle Clunie Instagram – My Father would have been 90 today. I love the way Dashiell is looking up at him in this picture. He made such an effort at 85 to play with Dashiell, to make a good impression on him. At the time I didn’t think much of it- he was always a stand up guy. Looking back I realize he knew he was living on borrowed time and wanted to give it all to his last grandchild. Even in the hospital he made everyone laugh. He never made it about himself- he wanted everyone to have a good time and not feel sorry for him. So many lessons he gave us in those last few years. 💕 💕💕thanks for hovering around us tough guy.
