As time passes by however, I’m beginning to realise that happiness is a conscious, consistent choice that one must make in every situation. We can constantly choose dissatisfaction or constantly choose happiness as the default state. Other emotions may come and go…. But it is upto me to make that choice again and again…. Such a strange thing to realise … (Just a short video that reflects my default state when I’m dancing !! ) I’m so glad to have had the opportunity to dance to hundreds of people the past few weeks, to have met many and felt the love of so many kind eyes. I’m truly humbled by the affection of @gungurartsbarcelona @milapfest and @bhavanlondon ….. and am so thankful to be able to dance to live audiences again.
