Rukmini Vijayakumar Instagram – When I’m traveling it’s not ideal to train. So I develop imbalances and tend to get tight as well. I prioritise rehearsals and strength training over flexibility so I end up feeling tight after a few weeks of travel. Home is where I get to work on all of this.
7 days at home until I travel again so this is what I’m doing…
– 4 strength and functional training sessions (@somyarout2806 )
– 4 long yoga/ flexibility sessions
– 4 cardio (5 km runs)
– 4 rehearsals of my shows.
