To keep up with my active lifestyle I need to stay energised at all times. As you all know I’m mindful of what I eat and I ensure all my meals are nutritious, especially my first and the most important meal of the day “breakfast”. I usually grab overnight oats or even oats Upma (which I recently discovered and it turned out to be really yum 🤤)such as the one I’m eating, which is quick and super easy to make.
