It will be even funnier if you know coach Tim Flynn and his mannerisms. If that’s the case than you can hear and see him saying this as you read the quote haha! Flowrestling and @flosports do such a great job with these flow films and this one was such an honor to be a part of. My story is not a secret and in fact I’m quite proud of it. I also know that it this film helps one single person, if it is what one single person needs to hear right now to help them during a trying time in their life, than this whole thing was worth the squeeze. Thanks coach Flynn, flowrestling and @jfreed624 for this. You’re gonna be helping someone out there and you won’t even know it. You might even save their life.
