James Cooper Instagram – If I only ever did this @lovestuckmusical workshop week, I would die happy*. Cannot believe how lucky I have been to work with the most talented people (including @bryn.christopher who I wrote the music and lyrics with, wandering around in the background 🤣) Two things I’ve learnt about getting a creative project off the ground over the years (ignore at will). 1) Start where you are – look around you and think about how you can imaginatively and realistically use the resources at your disposal. Often, starting with less sparks the most creativity. 2) Be PATIENT (have to tell myself this one all the time) – don’t rush it! Take some time to get it right because it will be so much more valuable and fulfilling if you do. 👍🏻
*This is a lie. I want it in a theatre.
