Start position on incline bench
Curl up to contract the biceps
Solid foot position to stabilize the chest just above top of bench
Repeat 10-12 reps
3 sets total
Great movement to isolate the biceps and was a huge part of my 2009 comeback routine thanks to @hanyrambod
