Nathaniel Buzolic Instagram – Mashiach must die..

This is the claim that the Jewish prophet Zechariah makes in chapter 12 verse 10 in the tanakh. To be More clear Messiah will be “pieced” and mourned over by all classes of individuals from kings, priests & the lowest of society grieving bitterly over His death if and when they finally see who He is.
G-d himself makes this declaration & simultaneously says that the inhabitants of Jerusalem on this specific day will be cleansed from both sin & impurity.

If atonement law gave the unrighteous an opportunity to avoid God’s wrath for some time, a belief in messiah’s death & resurrection power gave any individual complete sanctification in the eyes of G-d.

The death of Messiah produces a healing reactionary effect according to scripture – this is the claim of G-d.

This also perfectly & obviously coincides with Isaiah’s prophetic words in chapter 53 of His book – where its stated that by messiah’s wounds “we” will be healed, That messiah WILL be crushed for OUR SINS.

Interestingly enough Zechariah also predicts that this messiah figure who will be “pieced” (the Hebrew word Dāqar דָּקַר) will also be questioned at a later date about His very unique wounds in His hands.

WE NOW connect this to David’s odd words in psalm 22:17
“FOR DOGS HAVE SURROUNDED ME. A BAND OF EVIL DOERS HAS CLOSED IN ON ME. THEY PIERCED MY HANDS AND MY FEET”

Since Messiah must come from the house of David according to G-d David’s words clearly point us to the anointed one Who will suffer at the hands of evil men. David references messiah as “My Lord” although messiah has not yet come in his time. Psalm 110 reveals this hierarchy of messiah when David says “My Lord said To His LORD sit at my right hand till I make your enemies a foot stool for your feet”

Messiah will be exalted to the right hand of G-d, but G-d has more to do before all is revealed to this world.

If your trying to figure out How this all fits into Yeshua then find me another who was pieced killed & carries unique wounds in his hands. Someone like Yeshua who was rejected by the people but vindicated by G-d through His resurrection on the third day.
Messiah lives & now we wait for the reveal.
