Thomas Brag Instagram – I feel that I have experienced more growth in the past 6 months than I’d had for a long period of time before that. Giving myself the space not to feel rushed, working on creative ideas I felt inspired by and learning how to deeply respect myself, I feel have been reoccurring themes the past few months.
This year for me started as an empty canvas where more than ever I felt like I had the opportunity to chose what I’d want the next chapters of my story to look like. I’ve become more open and adaptable which is helping me look forward to what the future holds.
I posted about not feeling so great a few months ago and received so many kind public and private messages, and so, I’d want to just say for those of you who are still struggling today, that things do get better. As long as we keep going. Take care of ourselves the best we can and seek out help if we need it. Things do start to change over time and the storm eventually does settle. Sending that courage your way if you need it, you got this 👊
