Thomas Brag Instagram – Secret tree in Sardinia, Italy ☀️
A month ago we traveled to Seulo, a small, yet very special village of 800 people on the island of Sardinia in Italy.
Seulo is one of the 5 towns in the world called a “blue zone”, indicating that in this town, people live abnormally longer than the rest of the planet.
As we explored, got to know the locals and tried to understand why, we learned so much. Which is broken down into the video we just uploaded on YouTube 🤓
But the primary lesson, was that these people live in a thriving community. All the way until the moment they pass away.
Seeing that has renewed the spark within me to prioritize community building within Yes Theory and the Yes Fam. And honestly, not in the BS way that many online creators say they have a “community” but in the actual real-life application of people finding a sense of belonging around a shared set of values.
Feeling energized and eager to continue growing both personally through these trips and as we build out the Yes Theory world further and further 🌟
