I was filled with excitement when I read the character descriptions as I thought the character Ava was exactly like me! My mum sent in my photo which led to multiple auditions. I was nervous at first but the team at @nathanlloydcasting and the shows producers @robynbutlernotes and @wayne_hope really made me feel so comfortable. The audition process ended up being a really fun experience. A few weeks after auditioning we received an email saying I had the part of Ava. My mum surprised me at school and I went crazy.
