Introducing the LINTON shoe line ❤️🌱 Our Brand Story: I’ve been a long-term advocate for animal welfare and wildlife conservation, so a couple of years ago, I set out to create a luxury shoe line which places the well-being of our planet and animals parallel to excellent quality and luxury craftsmanship. Early in 2020, we began our search for the world’s highest quality vegan leathers. We found Italy’s Coronet, who for over 50 years, have been producing luxury, cruelty-free and eco-sustainable products which set out to obtain the maximum positive impact on society and the environment. We then partnered with Minto Sandro, one of the most prestigious Italian shoe factories located on the beautiful Riviera del Brenta near Venice. Combining craftsmanship and innovation, this family-run company has a long history and tradition of making the world’s most luxury shoe brands. Relying on the experience of their master craftsmen, we set out to make something unique: Beautiful shoes with a beautiful story. After over a year of sampling, we created two elegant styles, La Chaîne Puma, a closed-toe pump, and Le Jaguar, a classic heeled sandal. Both styles feature our signature forest green sole – a nod to nature and mother earth. With delicate hand-sewn chain embellishments, and our classic gold cuff these shoes were designed to be unique, both in their aesthetic, and their mission. Our shoe boxes are made in Italy from 80% recycled paper and feature our original hand-painted watercolor of a leopard framed in gold foil. The inside of the box features our signature forest green lining. They’re designed to be upcycled and enjoyed. Our wrapping tissue is FSC Certified which ensures that products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits. The shoe rods which maintain the shoes’ shape during transport are 100% biodegradable. For every purchase we commit 5% of profits to wildlife conservation and we plant a tree for you, alongside our reforestation partner, One Tree Planted.
