Maria Ho Instagram – Here we go again! Each year I remark on how I can’t believe it’s already time to head to Vegas again for another World Series of Poker. Seeing as how only six months have passed since the last series (pushed back due to Covid), I wasn’t quite mentally ready to be back so soon! But the second I saw that welcome sign, something in my brain shifted, and my competitive side immediately clicked into overdrive.
There’s something intoxicating and exhilarating about getting to do what others, including me, could only once dream about, and that never 👏 gets 👏 old 👏. It’s a privilege to step foot in the arena and compete at the highest levels in the biggest poker event in the world. In a game where there can be so many bouts of self-doubt, one thing I’m sure of, I’m ready to WIN! BUT, even if I don’t, I can honestly say I’m just happy to be here.
