Michelle Haro Instagram – So this happened, I WAS STUNG BY A STINGRAY!
We were out at Alamitos Beach experiencing the new inflatable ocean adventure zone and BAM! It got me. This pic was about an hour into the hot water bath, which means the pain had subsided to about a 6.
Omg it hurt so bad. Felt like someone sliced my foot open. Turns out the wound was super tiny, thank goodness, it was the venom that gave me such pain. The lifeguards were plentiful and so helpful. I had my foot in a “stingray bag” within minutes. Idk how someone could deal without fast acting assistance. Anyhow, my foot is now swollen, red/purplish, with a curious puncture wound. | Posted on 20/Jul/2022 03:20:47
