Sanchana Natarajan Instagram – You can’t see it but this day i was at my lowest and my mental health had given up on me. I hadn’t slept in three days. I would wake up and just start crying. Would go back to bed in the night feeling exhausted and hungry with absolutely no energy to ask anyone for any help. This particular day when i had to push myself and get through the work I agreed to do was the most difficult and the moment I finished the shoot(still don’t know how I pushed myself through it, but i did) i got back into my car and every bit of strength i had built through it broke and i started crying again. My mental health was never a priority for me until this day. I learnt that nothing nothing in this world is more important than your mental peace and happiness ( except physical health). It took a while but i am better, infact much better now. So why am i writing all this ? Absolutely no reason! Just felt like sharing. Just felt like telling everyone that what you see on the outside is not always the same as it is on the inside. So be kind and let just everyone be in peace. You do you and let them do whatever they want! Also biggg shoutout to my girls team from this shoot I wouldn’t have gotten through the day without you all❤️ And my bestestest friends for always having my back, no matter what😘
