For the first time in a few years I decided I was not going to travel solo on my birthday but instead be surrounded by friends. And it was worth it!! This is Slink & Bardot. My favourite restaurant in Mumbai. I used to like it before lockdown and now I loveeee the new Slink since it re opened. The decor and interiors are stunning. But it’s the food that I want to keep going back for. Slink has my favourite Chef Ali. Try the burrata, mushrooms morels, red snapper, ceviche, the okra potatoes, the fried feta.
