Shenaz Treasurywala Instagram – Good morning from Ladakh! I’m acclimatised now finally. Took me awhile to go from sea level to Ladakh level but I’ve started exploring and having a blast. Ladakh is truly heavenly. I hope it stays this way! Yesterday, started off at the Thiksey Monastery , then dressed up like a Ladakhi at a small shop in Druk School, stumbled upon a beautiful bridge full of prayer flags ( very common sight here ) and then ended up at the Rancho School of the 3 idiots which was very touristy but sometimes touristy is fun too! Ate lunch at a cute Cafe called Le Montuk ( great food, lovely view ) Was happy to go back to my hotel room ( Grand Dragon Hotel ) at the end of the day. Question is what do I do today??? Ladakh, India
Shenaz Treasurywala Instagram – Oops I thought I was stronger than this. I didn’t take the tablet cause I have pill phobia. Learnt my lesson ! My heart is pumping too fast It’s confused As usual My oxy levels are too low Breathlessness Chest pain I’m learning about acclimatisation and altitude sickness the hard way! No i didn’t take the tablet before getting here, because I hate popping meds. Give me some natural tips to stay strong this trip. Cause it’s just started! I’m much better now today on day 2, that’s how I made this reel And tomorrow I’m supposed to be off to Hanle. #leh #altitudesickness #solotraveler #travelromancesmiles Leh, India
