One form of prayer, to me, is conversing with my ancestors. I hold myself while I talk to them because they are, after all, what I’m made of. Other ways I pray include writing, singing, dancing, resting, complimenting nature and making love to myself. But the most common way I pray is by simply saying thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
