I want you to look at this view and take it in, think good thoughts only. Now, I’m going to be honest with you. This pass year wasn’t a good year for me. Depression took over my life. Hence, my reasoning for being off social media for 9 months. I’m not going to get into details, but I had to get myself out of the funk I was in and I did, but in doing so I realized I have to start living for ME and not for others or my profession. I’m saying this, b/c if you are reading this, please do the same! Live your life for you and no one else. Do what makes you happy. Whether it’s exercising, traveling, sleeping, meditating, having a pet, having SEX. Whatever it is… make it happen… for you. Who knows you better than you. Remind yourself to smile, laugh and even cry. It’s okay. 😊 😆 😢 Emotions are what make us human. I found what makes me happy and I’m going to continue to live MY life. I want you to do the same. See that being joyful is your fundamental responsibility. Go outside more often. Plan a trip, doesn’t have to be out of the country. Make a change… be the change. Change NOW! Not tomorrow, not soon. Now! 💫
