David Chang Instagram – Here is my attempt to recreate my mom’s famous 빈대떡 (bin dae duk). It’s not right…too thick and ratios are off. My mom never gave me any recipes. I know she left out ingredients or changed the order in a recipe all the time. Every time I try to make her food and it comes out worse than hers…I’ll remember my mom ❤️
