Flea Instagram – Bill Russel is one of the greatest basketball players to ever live. He embodied dignity, innovation and inimitable spirit. He was an inspiration; a hero of the civil rights movement. Even though I wished the Lakers beat him every time they played, I always deferred to his greatness. What a dude. Ran out of fingers to put all his eleven rings on. Gone from us at the age of 88 his legacy will tower among us forever. Rest In Peace.
