Kristen Holden-Ried Instagram – Well… end of the ride for me. After a month of surfing everyday, often two sessions, with shoulder tendinitis, bruised ribs, and now torn serratus…. oh and a shave ! I have to throw in the towel on my last day in paradise. No good bye sunset session for me :( But it’s been a great ride ! Grateful to have got back board skills and strength, and to lose the Covid belly !! ;) And now? Time to plan winter projects while still poolside :) And maybe finish this bottle of tequila 😜 #surfing #costarica🇨🇷
