Rob Schneider Instagram – I want to thank @paramountplus for providing me with the most rewarding experience of my film career: The making of “Amor es Amor” in Mexico City. It has been a joy beyond measure to direct these spectacularly talented Mexican actors; Vadhir Derbez, Paulina Davila, Christian Vasquez, Hernán Del Riego and Ricardo Margaleff.
In Hollywood I feel empty, in Mexico I feel passionate again about film and it’s because of these actors and the most professional film crew I have ever been blessed to work with, especially my brilliant cinematographer Isi Sarfati and his incredible team. The script by my super talented partner in life, Patricia Maya is a master work. I am humbled by the tireless hard work of everyone involved. Special thanks to Guillermo Borensztein, Axel Kuschevatzky and Diego Suarez Chialvo for believing in our film and getting it made. Thanks to Alex Dahm, Juana Blaya, Juan Sarquis and Fernando Hubbe.
