Amala Akkineni Instagram – For the past 9 years Champa and Chameli, Indies (who walked off the street into our home) – adopted us with such devotion and stood guard at our gate come rain or heat. One may not realise the value of an Indie – but my family and I do. In fact all of us in the animal-friendly community know their value. They are playful, quirky, devoted, protective, easy to care for – because they know how to care for themselves. They need food, water, and appreciation. Besides her ABC operation and annual vaccinations Champa went to the vet only once – on her way out of this world. May her tribe be blessed and her journey to the great Dog resting place be surrounded by my gratitude 🙏🏼 Love you forever Champa. Chameli and I will miss you terribly! 💛🙏🏼🥰
