Amy Bailey Instagram – Back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, my husband @miniateam and I met in a ballet company. We were best friends immediately. For our second performance season the legendary @mradamrcooper chose us to choreograph his new piece on. (You made us feel like the coolest kids on the block Adam!). It was a gorgeous pas de deux called “Elegy for Two”. Lots of push pull angsty gutsy moves and we rolled around on the floor together a lot. Anthony and I spent the summer touring England with this piece and needless to say, by the end of that summer, we were IN LOVE 😬😍. We eloped by September, thinking everyone would be so surprised, but the reaction was mostly “Ugh you guys finally GOT A ROOM”. I came across these Elegy rehearsal photos today and was swept away in memories. What a time, what a time. 💫
