Kareena Kapoor Instagram – My children’s wellbeing has always been of utmost priority to me, whether it’s their vaccination schedules or regular check-ups.

When I came across this newspaper article about how children below the age of 5 are at the risk of Swine Flu (H1N1) related complications, I spoke to my paediatrician and learnt that:

1. Children below 5 years maybe at 7 times higher risk of hospitalization due to complications of Swine Flu (H1N1) and,

2. Annual 4in1 Flu vaccination is recommended for kids below 5 years of age along with adequate sanitization and hygiene.

My boys have received their annual 4in1 Flu vaccination, which can help protect them from Swine Flu (H1N1) plus three other Flu strains.
