The entire journey of pregnancy has changed my body completely. I have gained a lot of weight and my body does not have the agility it used to.
But I know that with a little practice each day I can help myself get my energy and agility back.
Dance is my biggest motivation and I’m taking the first few steps again. Wish me luck 🙏🏽🌸

I was a little kid when I learned kathak. I drew inspiration from and also was in a way encouraged by my Grandmother who herself was a beautiful Kathak Dancer. I enjoyed Kathak so much. Somewhere down the line I completely lost touch with kathak. In the midst of so much competition I gave importance to the loud and fast….not saying I didn’t enjoy it, the thrill and the fast pace. But kathak for me was all about the heart and soul. Just beginning my Kathak journey again. I’m tinted , raw maybe a little under confident and rough at the moment.
But I have faith in what my heart and soul yearn for.

It was our Little one’s 1st trip , 1st flight , 1st travel experience !!! We were excited but also a little nervous about how it would go. But I think we figured it out just fine. And also our baby was a very good travel partner I must say. I guess he did well on his 1st trip and so did we @suyeshrawat ✈️
After the travel our baby sumo got home to a wonderful and warm welcome. Oh yes… there’s a surprise at the end of the video. Let me know if you figured it out ☺️💛

They say a child gives birth to a mother which is why we, even I need all the help I can get as a new mother. Goodbyes are inevitable. It’s the truth of life. Everything that begins shall end someday. Everyone must be strong and face this truth. My outlook on many things has changed since I became a mum. For example, why should I care about the northernmost region of the planet, the Arctic?
But our children’s future depends precisely on what happens beyond the North Pole. Scientists call the Arctic the “Weather Kitchen” for the entire planet. It is there that the largest reserves of fresh water are to be found.
We need to look after this most incredible of regions. And this is why Russia has launched the Clean Arctic environmental project – to clean up the territory of the Russian Arctic. Researchers measure how much pollution there is there and set up environmental monitoring, while volunteers collect waste and send it for recycling.
In 2021, the project’s volunteers collected over 1500 tonnes of waste. It is thanks to the proactivity of the caring peoples of the Russian north that the tundra, the coasts and the territories where they live are becoming cleaner. A massive cleaning effort has been planned for this year, consisting of over 30 expeditions.
On the whole, I can see that the eco-movement is developing at a rapid pace in Russia. One example of this is the “Arctic. The Ice Has Broken” forum that is taking place in Usinsk this August, where activists can share their experiences and learn something new.
Wouldn’t it be great if people from all corners of the globe took as much care of the environment? 💚
