Sid Sriram Instagram – Near the end of last 2021, I went to Bhagalpur to be a part of @moitrashantanu’s “Songs of the River” project. He had been travelling down the Ganga, meeting new people, telling stories, and creating music all along the way. This journey was a deeply personal one for him, I was honoured to get to be part of it. The few days that I got to spend with him and the SOTR family were life changing, truly. I’ve never gotten to be one with the Ganga river before, and to be able to really just sit with it, and feel it’s energy was profound. Shantanu moves with a true sense of purpose and joy. The whole team became like family to me. The Songs of the River series is now streaming on Hotstar, and I highly recommend you watch it. It’s stunning and honest.
